The Digivac Model 22T  Vacuum Transmitter  instrument works in conjunction with a piezoelectric transducer to produce an RS-232 output proportional to the sensed vacuum.  Reading in milliBar is available.

The Model 22T can be used to sense vacuum from Load Locks and similar equipment, or any other application requring a compact vacuum transmitter.  This model comes complete with AC power adapter, RS232 interface and sensor.
