Model 200

The industry's most rugged and versatile precision vacuum instrumentation

Model 200

Specifications
Power: AC
Vac Interface: 1/8 inch MNPT
Sensor: Varian 531
Range: .001-760
Units: Torr

The DIGIVAC Model 200 is our best seller, and the industry's best value for a rugged vacuum gauge for measuring through 6 decades of wide range rough vacuum.   This unit measures vacuum in Torr and uses the rugged Varian 531 thermocouple vacuum gauge tube.  The gauge controller is housed in a laboratory grade case consisting of vinyl clad metal on an extruded aluminum base insuring maximum durability.  The DIGIVAC has no moving parts so is highly resistant to shock, therefore requires infrequent calibration.  The DIGIVAC gauge controller has a large bright LED display which can be easily read from across the room, or in dimly lit locations.

This gauge measures from 1 micron (1x10^-3 Torr) all the way up to 760,000 Microns (760 Torr) or Atmosphere.  The wide range of this vacuum instrument enables users to easily troubleshoot their system.  This gauge can also output vacuum readings to an optional RS232 serial or Ethernet connection.  This output can be used to graph and plot historical data with the Digivac plotting software, and can also be used as a vacuum transmitter to a PLC or other device.

Vacuum instrumentation with everything you need to go to work

Each DIGIVAC Vacuum Instrument comes with:

  • A vacuum gauge controller
  • A thermocouple vacuum gauge tube (vacuum sensor)
  • A cable to connect the vacuum gauge controller to the thermocouple vacuum gauge tube
  • An AC adapter that runs on 100-240VAC, 50/60 Hertz
  • Pre-tested under actual vacuum against a NIST standard

Optional Features and Prices

Description Options Qty Price

Model 200 $425.00

2C The units listed with Control have the ability to turn on an external device via two SPDT external connections allowing controls to be activated at two vacuum set-points. The relays activate at and remain on below the set-points $75.00

5v5T Provides a voltage output proportional to vacuum reading which ranges from 0-5 volts at 1mV per mTorr (1 micron = 1 mV, 5 Torr = 5 Volts) $75.00

Cal Calibration of a Digivac Vacuum gauge against a NIST traceable standard - included on all new gauges $0.00

DS Digivac software which collects and graphs vacuum data on a PC through RS232 or ethernet communications - requires RS232 or Eth option $300.00

Eth RJ45 Ethernet connectivity to allow remote monitoring of the Digivac Vacuum reading. This option includes the ability to view and log vacuum data through any JAVA enabled web browser $250.00

LBD A Linear by Decade scheme where the leading digit is scale, and the last digit is the vacuum reading. For example: 0.995 Volts = 0.995 Torr, 1.010V = 10.1T, 2.1V =100T, and 3.760V = 760T $75.00

mBar Displays vacuum reading in mBar $0.00

Length You can optionally have an additional 40 feet of cable length onto our standard 10 foot cable length (for a total cable length of 50 feet) $1.00

NISTCal Calibration of a Digivac Vacuum gauge against a NIST traceable standard with data $190.00

PrintPlot An optional printer that displays a graphical plotted output when connected to the model 200 $338.00

RS232 Enables vacuum measurement to be transmitted to a PC or another RS232 device through a DB9 female interface. Includes 6 foot DB9 male to female serial cable $75.00

USB Enable logging via USB connection to PC $80.00
